Who we are
This website is run by ABM UA LLC (ТОВ «АБМ ЮА»), Ukraine, EDRPOU code 39586697, physical address: 10 Ternopilska St, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Ukraine (“Virelica”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Email for correspondence: info@virelica.com.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and has no forms. We count visits with Pirsch, a cookieless analytics service based in Germany that does not store your IP address or identify you. The only personal data we receive is what you send us by email, and the technical data any web server needs to deliver a page.
What we process and why
- Server logs. When you open a page, our hosting provider’s servers process your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept only for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
- Visit statistics. To understand how the site is used, we count page views with Pirsch Analytics. Pirsch sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To tell visits apart, it creates a short-lived, one-way fingerprint from your IP address, browser user-agent and a daily changing salt; the IP address itself is not stored, and the fingerprint cannot be used to identify you or to follow you across websites. We see only aggregated figures: pages viewed, referring websites, country, browser and device type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Email. If you write to us, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to include, in order to reply and, if we agree to work together, to prepare and perform a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or the project, and longer only where accounting or tax law requires it.
Who else handles the data
- Analytics: Pirsch Analytics (Emvi Software GmbH, Germany), which processes visit data on servers in Germany on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Hosting: statichost.eu (Sweden), which serves this site from servers in the European Union and acts as our processor.
- Email: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which hosts our mailbox and stores the messages you send us. Google may process this data outside the EU, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google is certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
International transfers
Virelica is registered in Ukraine. Where your data is accessed from Ukraine, we protect it in line with the GDPR and with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@virelica.com; we reply within one month.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Ukraine, the supervisory authority is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
